Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of ChartAIScan, operated by Hilvy Ltd. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Service description

ChartAIScan uses artificial intelligence to analyse a chart screenshot and return an estimated market direction, confidence, pattern, levels and explanatory evidence. Free access currently includes a limited lifetime scan allowance. A paid Premium subscription provides additional analysis modes and a higher daily allowance. Limits and features shown in the app form part of the service and may change prospectively.

3. Not financial advice

All analyses are automated estimates provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice; are not a signal or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument; and do not guarantee an outcome. A single screenshot can be incomplete, delayed, cropped or misleading. Independently verify prices, market context and risk before acting.

4. Trading risk

Trading foreign exchange, shares, commodities, cryptoassets and derivatives involves substantial risk and may result in loss of all capital. Leveraged products can create losses quickly. Past performance and a model's confidence score do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and should use only capital you can afford to lose.

5. Your content and acceptable use

You keep ownership of images you submit and give us a limited permission to process them solely to provide and secure the requested analysis. You must have the right to use each image and must not upload personal, confidential, unlawful, malicious or infringing material. You may not reverse engineer the service, automate excessive requests, bypass scan or payment limits, interfere with security, resell outputs as regulated advice, or use ChartAIScan unlawfully.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Premium is offered as an automatically renewing weekly or monthly subscription. The exact price and currency are displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel it through your store account before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel from the app's subscription-management link or your Apple or Google account settings.

7. Trials, cancellations and refunds

No free trial applies unless one is expressly displayed in the store purchase screen when you subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves Premium active until the end of the paid period. Apple or Google, rather than ChartAIScan, handles charges and refund requests under the applicable store rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or other statutory right.

8. AI outputs and availability

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unavailable. We may reject images that are not valid charts or do not contain enough evidence. We may change models, limits or features; suspend the service for maintenance or security; or discontinue a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a particular result can be reproduced.

9. Intellectual property

ChartAIScan's software, branding, interface and original website content belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartAIScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made from an analysis. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellation is handled separately as described above.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms prospectively when the service or law changes. Material changes will be shown by updating the date above or through an appropriate notice.
